FBI agent, Vinnie Terranova (Ken Wahl) returns to action and is given a new assignment... to infiltrate and bring down Callendar Industries, a crooked corporation, headed by northern California power couiple, Paul and Emmma Callendar. After he foils a kidnapping attempt on the Callendar's son, Vinnie is hired to be Paul's bodyguard and has complete access to their operations.
